Digital Submissions for Engineering Infrastructure

This slide illustrates an application that automates the development and compilation of a water district's engineering infrastructure database by loading development plans submitted in AutoCad digital format. Capabilities exist to convert spatial data according to strict data specifications from AutoCad format to the ARC/INFO data library. Tools are also provided that allow the trained operator to attribute facilities.
Integrated Utility Billing and Tax Assessor Parcels

This slide illustrates an application that integrates assessor parcels and a utility billing system to enhance the ability to query billing status of accounts and ownership parcels. Linkage to the UBS and assessment files is seamless and managed in concert with the spatial data by the GIS.
